I would really like to live in a movie. I'm fairly sure we all think in cinematic terms, even just a lil.

i know that when i've been drinking or just bored, people watching takes on a whole new realm. for instance this weekend:

watching this one girl, drunk with a cup in her hand twirling to the beat of her itunes play list. she is loosely lit by the shape of a yellow hallway and door frame. her eyes closed, her head thrown back and grin on her face. I watched her over the outline of the girl who is passed out on the bed with me.

I dunno, that's how i watch people, it's how i start to view the world.

riding the street car i watch tall buildings roll by, the hustle and bustle of people hurrying to work, coming home from work. social classes meeting in the early morning or at the local coffee shop. there is a slight roll of light and my reflection becomes visible in the plastic window frame of the train door and i check out my hair. are my shoes straight? is my pant leg doing that weird thing i hate, but nobody else probably notices.


haha i probably sound odd! asking questions and not knowing who reads this, but if you do, write something back.

what do you notice? how would you photograph it?

Panda on Parade

So it's been some time since I blogged it up a storm on here, a lot has changed.

Let's see, Barrack Obama is now our president! yayy! I managed to get pneumonia there for a bit, which was just not fun at all. Also, thanks to the shit economy my work situation has turned to..well...shit, but luckily i managed to snag a new job at Brooklyn Industries which will be way rad! :]

I am hoping to be able to shoot two documentaries this month, but the new job thing has all of the sudden put a snag on my shooting schedule. I can't very well be like oh hai thanks for the job, well I'm busy and can't work haha

Both films will be put on here once they are done! Keep an eye out :]

I am still single and not so much loving it these days, yet most people i meet now have some sort of bigger issue with them that i can't deal with right now. Of course there is always my lady in cali...but again IN cali haha weak sauce, but perhaps times will get easier and there will be a visit :]

uhmmm! I think that's it for now, nothing major going on in my life at this exact moment, thus this boring update.
